Inclusive Community Living for Adults

Empowering Adults to Live with Purpose and Belonging

Our adult living services provide person-centered, community-based housing for adults with intellectual challenges and related support needs. Our homes offer a safe, stable environment where individuals can build meaningful lives, increase independence, and thrive as valued members of their communities.
We believe that every person deserves a place where they feel at home—where they are respected, supported, and encouraged to pursue their own goals.

What We Offer

Structured, Supportive Homes

Our homes are designed to provide consistency, routine, and clear expectations, while being responsive to individual needs and preferences. We focus on building daily living skills, confidence, and independence in a safe, inclusive environment.

Life and Social Skills Development

Residents are guided and supported in developing key life skills, including meal planning, household chores, social interactions, and participating in community life. We promote learning through experience—celebrating both successes and challenges as part of personal growth.

Health & Wellness Support

We assist individuals in maintaining their health and well-being through routine medical, dental, and vision care, personal hygiene support, and nutrition guidance in line with Canada’s Food Guide. Our aim is to build greater self-reliance in personal health practices.

Positive Behavioural Support

Our team is trained in positive support strategies, with a strong foundation in nonviolent crisis prevention. Through consistent routines, respectful boundaries, and individualized support plans, we help residents navigate behavioural challenges and build lasting coping skills

Recreation & Leisure

We offer opportunities for safe, age-appropriate recreation that supports social inclusion, creativity, and fun. From community outings to in-home activities, we help residents explore their interests and discover new ones—boosting confidence and connection.

Employment & Volunteering

Where appropriate, individuals are encouraged and supported to participate in community-based employment or volunteer work that aligns with their interests and abilities.

Spiritual & Cultural Inclusion

Residents are supported in exploring or maintaining their personal spiritual and cultural practices in a respectful and informed manner.

Family Engagement

We value the role of families and natural supports, encouraging positive relationships and open communication when appropriate and welcomed by the individual.

Individualized Lifestyle Planning

Each resident participates in the development of a personalized support plan that reflects their goals, preferences, and needs. This plan is created collaboratively with a support network that may include family, care coordinators, professionals, and advocates. We promote self-advocacy and goal-setting to help residents take an active role in shaping their lives.

Ongoing Growth and Accountability.

All programs are regularly documented, evaluated, and adjusted to ensure they are meaningful and effective. Progress is tracked to celebrate achievements and identify new opportunities for learning and independence. We are committed to supporting each person in living a full and self-directed life—on their own terms, in their own community.
